Holy grails of sporting rifles

Ruger no 1 stainless laminate in 7 STW. They advertised them, but I've never personally seen one. Always been one of my bucket list rifles.
 
The Sako PPC Hunter is not that common, but I picked one up mint last March. great rifle but does not feed that gracefully.

A BRNO 465 in 218 bee is as rare as it gets !!

Mine feeds fairly well, that was one of the downfalls, feeding issues.
Any word on my 9,3x53 ammo yet?
 
Have: Ruger Fontier....in (factory) .338 Federal....in a (factory) checkered/laminate stock....in the (factory) matte stainless. I defy anyone to show me another :). They only made a few, and it bridges the gap between the existing frontier (club-like stock and shiny stainless) and the Ruger Compact (which was intro'd in .338 RCM....hence the rarity of the .338 fed)

Have: Deerfield .44 mag

Have: Marlin Levermatic 57M (.22 mag) with the steel reciever

Had: Marlin 336 ER. In .356 Winchester

found a Winchester pre 64 model 70 in 264 win mag at the Duncan gun show 2 years ago, 7 rounds of ammo missing from the original baox of shells the poor bugger bought when he purchased the rifle new.....I hope your sitting down......I felt bad paying his asking price of 375.oo but kept it together until I bailed out the door, now for you guys with the blue book of value look the value up of that rifle and keep it to yourselves, I sold the rifle last fall to a fellow close by, I got a fair dollar and he saved a couple.....

As for rare.........it was 1 of a few that escaped prior to the recall.......


And on the PPC tales.......Ruger mark II laminated Target in both 6ppc and 22ppc, Ruger lost the court case when Sako took them to court for royalties, they were forced to pull these rifles from the shelves, they deny ever selling them and I have owned and shot both calibers, apparently a few ruger number 1's escaped with the same chamberings............wonder what new in the box could fetch from a true collector?

For me personally, I'd love a ZG47 in 10.75x68. I have a nice one in 8x64 Brenneke but the 10.75 would be really special. Special order only so who knows how many exist.
 
Pre 64 model 70's in 264 are not rare buying one for 375$ is rare if u want to compare good deal I bought a 1959 model 70 in300h&h at a gun show for $400 with 5 boxes of ammo
 
Have a Winchester 94 "Timber Carbine" in 444 Marlin. Would like to find one in .450 to compliment it.

PS, I'd trade a JM 1895gs 45/70 + cash for it. Hint hint :)
 
Not exactly "Holy Grail" to own but would like to examine closely (and try!) a Champlin bolt action in 30/06; a Brevex action in .375 H&H; and a Carl Gustaf CG2000 mk2 .... all seem pretty elusive which doesnt always mean they were great... but I would like to have a close look anyway!
