This just came out of the shop this afternoon. Paint is just dry.

This bench rotates on an axle stub with bearings. If you decide to build one you must install a brake to control rotation. It rotates easily with full weight of shooter. I attempted to picture brake assembly with lever. I added folding legs to limit footprint when not in use and for fitting under full sized truck cap. We mount two of these on a car hauler for gopher shooting. Add a beach umbrella and you are set for the afternoon (in about 5 months).

Rear umbrella holder is not installed.

Next project out of the shop is a shooting cart for 1000 yard matches.

Not a DIY ballistic drop turret. For some reason Sightron has labels for Right and Up on top of scope adjustment so I printed R and U with arrows in word on a label and cut it up for both of my Sightrons. From my personal experience during a prone match I can really forget which ways is up (in more than one way).

The boat seats come on sale at Princess Auto every now and then and I stock up.

I "hunted" around for quite a while for an appropriate foot base for the leg levelers and found that a hockey puck is perfect and drills easily.

Strap hanging down is to hold folded seat shut when you turn it upside down for transport. Boat seat came that way but works great for this application as well.
