So I got bored today and figured I'd get my stuff ready for turckey season which starts next friday here in Québec. I needed targets to pattern my Shotgun since I had bought a new choke and being the cheap f*ck that I am (i'd rather spend money on usefull stuff) I thought I'd make my own fancy turckey targets since I usually use big pieces of cardboard with a black circles in the center.
So basically I started by taping 4 sheets of white paper together and then made a cardboard stencil shaped like a turckey that would fit right on my targets. Like I mentionned earlier I'd rather spend money on useful stuff so I gathered some spray paint that would stick out a little bit more than just black...So I got some black, tan and pink, yes I said pink spray paint.
Don't judge the pink was for an other project I had made for one of my sisters...
After that I basicaly started painting my tagets, I simply put down my stencil on the paper and overlayed the different colors, pink on the head, black on the body and tan on the neck.
Which gave me this...
Not too bad, only took me 30mins to make 12 paper targets, it's not pretty but it'll do the trick and will be a little bit better than shooting black circles.
