Honda ATV brake conversion

I've got a 2004 Honda 450 and I'm going to do an overhaul on the front and rear brakes. While checking into replacement parts kits, I've stumbled onto these conversion kits, to replace the drum brakes with disc brakes.
They look like a pretty darn good idea; they seem like a fairly popular mod too.

Anybody ever do this mod' or know someone who has done this?

The kit looks like a decent kit for the money.
If you do decide to go for it, how about some photos and such
of the project as you work your way through it?
