Having some accuracy issues with 180 grain sst. I'm shooting them out of a 300 way accumark loaded with 80 grains of h4831. At 100 m I am sub moa with them then at 200 m they open up to 4". Just wondering of anyone else has any experience with them?

I load my .300 winmag Vanguard S2 with 180gr SST's in front of 73gr of N560 (3000fps +/-25) and print 2-2.5" groups at 200m with them, .75-1" at 100M is about all I'm capable of atm. As a hunting round I'm happy with that, I only need to hit an 8" plate to be "good enough" and at that rate that's 600m+ before the spread becomes an issue, and I'm not shooting at game 600m+ away.

Hornady came out with the ELD rounds in response to the A-max and SST tips melting mid flight, throwing the ballistics out of whack, haven't loaded with H4831, is that a "hot load"?
