Hornady 178 gr Match hitting the target @ 200 yards... Video.

I love this stuff! Keep enjoying yourself Caramel! Allot of experienced shooters on this site have had/still do have, great shooting rifles. Most of us dont post that much of our personal success on these forums. Thats niether good or bad.

Keep at at The shooting Caramel. Its a great way to spend our free time in life! I still get excited when I get a good group! Lucky or not!

I once shot a 1.2" ,5 shot group at 1100yards with my 6mm Ackley Improved! I was shooting at a jug of water, and missed all five shots! I was getting discouraged untill I drove up to my backstop and saw the group to the left of the jug! Lol!
That simply was PURE luck! But it did happen! and I have a witness.

I had something similar Happen at 1760yards!(3.25" for 3 shots) Lol! Its just a statistical annomaly. That was my first day trying to shoot at a mile! Talk about positive reinforcement! Lol!

It will always be exciting for me!

Wow ,after all the posts about the surreal groups from your nemesis what kind of proof are these videos?

I have watched all your videos Caramel and none of them prove anything .
Your videos are inconclusive there is no proof to your claims from the way you are filming.
How do we know those targets were at 200 yds when you shut the camera off at 25 yds.

Caramel I dare you to go to the range start your camera and keep it rolling from start to finish without shutting it off and post it as one unbroken video.

Some of the groups you claim to have shot are very possible maybe not consistently but very possible , the way you are making the videos is not proving anything though.



Let me give you an example ,if I take a camera and film myself walking out to 500yds and place a target and shut off the camera .
Then I remove the target place it at 300 instead, once I setup to shoot I film myself shooting the 10 rounds and shut the camera off again well you can see what I mean by making an interrupted film .

Caramel you dont have to prove anything to anyone, but if you must tighten up the filming .

I will get better equipments and batterie backup, i am working with a 125.00 rig, patience i will get to this pretty soon... JP.:cheers:

Yes, this is true, however some people will not do as good under the pressure of actual competition as they will relaxed without someone watching their every move. I for one enjoy reading Caramels posts about his conquests and his rifles.
 
I offer to be a witness if needed caramel. I live west of Montreal (Ile Perrot) and available on week days. (working on a 4/4 shift). ;)
 
I sent a message in the past to Caramel about going to go and see him shoot at this private range. I also offer to be a witness and I'll even film it and post it on youtube with the results.
 
I shot not very often a the Ruisseau Noir but i can say the day before so if someone want to come to the range, i will be a pleasure... JP.
 
If it were a poll I would vote yes...I am a believer, no proof needed lol. Sure generated a lot of discussion if nothing else. Do you take the rifle apart every time you go out?

Yes i do, i put it in the backpack, it is the perfect motorcycle rifle... JP.:)
 
JP, just keep shooting. Whether or not your gun shot the groups your saying it does or not, you are having fun and shooting. How do your group measurements effect me, thousands of km away? The only way JP's shooting can effect me is if he is shooting against me in competition, or for some reason, at me.

Keep shooting. If your shooting flies off of the moon, wicked. Maybe I will see it someday. Your enjoying the sport and your retirement that's all that matters.

When someone else's shooting directly effects my life, then I will crawl up their a$$ and demand proof. Until then............who cares.

Thank i could not careless if some people are not impress, the first reason why i shoot and do thing related to shooting is to impress ME... It is a very good feeling to be overwhelmed... JP
