So whats the real dia of these bullets.
.308 or .311?

You want .311 dia for 7.62x39 rifles.

Methinks shooting .308 dia bullets out of .311 dia barrels will suck for accuracy.

Whole sales sport website lists 7.62X39 bullets with a diameter 0.310" that I think are made by Hornady. If not available though, you may have a better luck using 303 bullets with the 0.311" or 0.312" diameters.

I have the Hornady .310's and they aren't bad.
The one problem with the .303 bullet option is finding ones under 150 grains.
