Hornady .50 BMG lock N load.

I have an RCBS Ammomaster .50 press and RCBS sells an insert that allows use of standard size dies, plus an adapter to use standard shellholders.

So, if you plan to reload the big .50 plus other calibres, it is possible to invest in a single press plus adapters.

Can I reload smaller calibers in this press as well ? Such as .308 and .338 lapua ?

Yes, but you will need small die and shell holder adapters to convert from the 50 cal stuff to smaller calibers.
Personally I am not a fan of their lock n load system as i have little faith in o rings for retention of dies, they add just 1 more variable to the equation.

What would you suggest??

For a run of the mill $500.00 price point press the RCBS simply due to the simply yet effective thread in dies and shell holder. I have found that when sizing using the LnL system there are inconsistencies from casing to casing that I believe is caused by the o ring being compressed to varying degrees. I am talking a thou or so but I prefer precision, which explains why we manufacture our own press.

I would seriously consider the Accu-Max from ATRS - it's on their website. I've heard nothing but good things about this press, an it's one of those "buy once, use for several lifetimes" kind of investments...if I were to start again from scratch, that's the route I would go.
