so picked up a Bullet Feeder Die from Hornady, set it up and great !!! All of a sudden it no longer feeds bullet into brass.
Made all the adjustments I can think of, noticed that the projectile does no go past the first collet.

Anyone have these issues or a fix or just a possibility as to why this might be happening, just bout the dies yesterday
First 20-30 or so projectiles had no issue.
I measured them , Die is good up to .355", projectiles are measuring .353"

Cheers

Apparently not.
Us hornady lnl ap guys must be the minority.
If it were a Dillon question you would probably have twenty replies already....
I'm not using a bullet feed setup but perhaps you could reference ultimatereloader.com

It's been a while but I do recall having a similar problem when I first got my bullet feeder dies. Dissemble your die and see if your pills fall freely through both collets.

If yours is like mine and getting hung up on the second collet (top one I believe) then disassemble them, use some 400-600 grit sandpaper wrapped around a dowel to very slightly open up the mouth of the collet so the bullets just fall freely through them. Polish them up with some Fitz or Mothers polishing compound so they don't bind up when reassembled. Apply a very, very light amount of oil to the die and external part of the collets. You don't want oil getting on the bullets and in the end, contaminating the powder.

Hope this helps.

You wouldn't be having this issue with a Dillion machine! ;)
J/K

Why not give them a call or email them. I'm sure hornady has dealt with this before.
