Hornady Case concentricity gauge

Wondering if anybody has any expierience with this tool? Also, my understanding is that compared to the sinclair international gauge that the hornady only corrects the concentricity down the middle of the case which is misleading because if the case is sized wrong the neck might be out of alingment. Does FL sizing re-align the case neck in perfect order to the rest of the case. Any feedback would be appreciated to help me make the best ammo I can.

Both of them are adjustable for any positioning the indicator on the case or on the bullet.
