I wouldn't call the Lee Classic Cast Press (
http://leeprecision.com/classic-cast-press.html?printable=Y) "cheap" - anything but!
Neither the Hornady Lock-N-Load Classic nor the RCBS Rock Chucker Supreme can touch it for features or versatility - it's also large and very strong.
Just for starters: ergonomics - can the Hornady or RCBS presses adjust the their handles for left or right handed operation at multiple angles and various arm lengths for different operations? Uh......no.
Hornady RH operation, that's it - even the frame is angled which makes this almost unusable for lefties (which I am).
RCBS, LH or RH operation (big deal) - nothing else.
Lee has a fully variable operating arm length. LH or RH operation with at least 7 different arm angles - useful for long or short case lengths. All adjustments made in mere seconds using only a 1/2" wrench turning one bolt head.
I have favourite items made by Lee, RCBS, Hornady, Lyman, Redding, CH4D and many others but when it comes to "cheap" presses (sub $200)
LEE RULES imho
