hornady custmer service canada or the US

well the digi scale that came with me lock and load set has craped out.
I have used it for less then 10 times, always put back I nthe box always kept in the house to keep warm
just replaced the AAA for it
cant seem to calibrate it and when it does calibrate its off for 5-8grains
over my ohas beam scale
I even pulled a few round of 308 that I know are bang on 43grs and they were way off.

The question is should I contact hornady in the us or Korth group.

Contact hornady usa first, then they can send an RMA to Korth to replace it

Yes, call or email Hornady directly. They have always been very helpful to me both times I needed to contact them.

Hornady USA customer service was awesome. Super fast ti answer, knowledgeable staff, hilarious message system, ect.. The spent primer brass tube was missing on my ammo plant press. They over night'ed the parts needed, no questions asked.

Would buy from them anytime.

I called hornady they called korth group. 2 days later I walked into korth group with a hornady autocharge that I was having problems with and walked out with a brand new one. BTW the one I exchanged was a few years old and the warranty had expired. Can't beat that for service
