Well after quite a few years and thousands of rounds i have broke the first piece on my Hornady LNL AP. I broke the key on the drive hub that keeps the shell plate aligned. I sent a email to Hornady and within 30 mins i had a reply to call sales. I then called sales and within about 5 mins she said the part would be mailed out on monday at no charge. That is the kind of customer service i wish more companies had!!!
