With the purchase of my new press, I get 1000 free bullets.

Right now I load for 9mm, but I am thinking it might be better to get some bullets that are more expensive and sell them off.

So....I thinking of the one of the following

30 CAL .308 150 GR SP
30 CAL .308 150 GR FMJ-BT
7MM .284 139 GR BTSP
6MM .243 100 GR BTSP
10MM .400 180 GR HP/XTP
45 CAL .451 185 GR HP/XTP
45 CAL .451 185 SWC TAR ENC

Which of these bullets do you guys reckon is the most popular, and thus, the easiest to sell afterwards.

I haven't quite concluded on sale yet, I am likely going to be buying a 1911 soon and may start to reload for that.....in that case, which of the .45s are more popular?

Thanks for the help

Considering you live in an area where people can get Aim pistols projectiles, my vote would be the

30 CAL .308 150 GR FMJ-BT

I'm wondering if you will get the free bullets, I was looking at their offer earleir in the year and was going to buy their reloading set and their website said the offer was good for Canada too but in my understanding they cannot ship bullets to Canada anymore. So are they able to or is there someone in Canada who will honor this? Please let me know if you would because I will buy a kit too if they will honor the free bullets.

If they do go for it, I'm willing to bet the bullets have to be the same calibre as the dies dictate. They may not give you a choice of style or weight either.

- You can call them and they are very friendly...
- bullets don't have to be the same caliber as dies; and with press purchase there is no way to tell what you are loading for caliber.

I for one got my free bullets and chose .40 as I also load .40S&W.

here's what your aloud to pick and you can only pick 1 selection, here the link too http://www.hornady.com/media/get-loaded-stay-loaded.pdf

There was a post a while ago about some guys that got their bullets from Hornady but they had to go through an American exporter to get them to Canada. IIRC they had the bullets shipped to the people at reloadinginternational.com and he did the export paperwork and shipped them to Canada, for a fee of course.

I called Hornady and was told that the bullets are shipped from a Canadian distributor for Canadian customers, there is no problem getting the free bullets:D Only the waiting!!

Still waiting for mine since early spring. I have emailed them and sent my shipping money and waited and waited.

They said the are still coming and I believe them:confused:
