OK, a week late but I got to try the bullets this weekend.
130gr GMX in a .270 Winchester. Keep in mind this is the second time shooting this gun ( Rem 7600), first time with reloads in this gun, and first time reloading .270 Winchester. In other words, this is all baby steps.
Load was 55.0 grs of IMR 4831 and a WLR primer in once fired Winchester cases. Cartridge OAL was 84.7mm.
Velocity was 886 m/s, while Speer 130gr Hot-Cor SP with the same load got 887 m/s, so the ballistic performance seems to match regular jacketed bullets.
In terms of accuracy, the one group I shot with GMX bullets was arguably the best of the day. At 200m, 5 shots went into 84mm total, with 4 of those in 44mm. MOA at 200m is 58mm, so I am pretty happy with those 4. It is interesting to note that the tendency to print 4 shots out of 5 in a small group while the fifth wanders off across the target was observed several times, with several different charges and bullets.
The GMX holes are the unmarked ones in this target:
