I've got the impression from various reports I've read about the Hornady Interlocks in .35 Cal. that they may be somewhat harder than "others" in their relative weight classes. Assuming this is true - does it make sense for me to consider the 250 grain Hornady IL round nose (3525) over the 250 grain spire point (3520) so as to maximize expansion in this "short Whelen" I have (the .358 Winchester)? I'll be loading them for my Browning BLR with it's 20" barrel...so perhaps these may be just the ticket for a medium range load.
