That's where I got mine, but for quite a bit less. They do go on sale from time to time. Subscribe to their mailing list and be patient and you could save an additional $70. I just wish I could understand why they cost > twice as much in Canada. I'd prefer to support Canadian businesses / sponsors but when something is half the price in the US I can't justify it.

I love the dispenser but as mentioned by others, you need to download the set up cheat sheets and do some tweaking to get it to work 100%. I wish those tweaks would be saved from session to session but they are not. Then, if there's an inductive motor or flourescent lighting anywhere nearby you will have interference. I reload in the furnace room near the freezer so whenever the freezer or furnace blower motor fire up, I take a break. Inductive motors will cause over-charges 100% of the time on an otherwise perfectly set up dispenser. I'm pretty sure this would be the case with any brand of dispenser as they all have sensitive electronics prone to EMI/EMF.

Lastly, I wouldn't have thought that the warm up time was really that relevant for something made with modern electronics - after all we're not working with tube technology here - but there really is something to be said for allowing the unit to warm up. The company recommends it as do many reviewers. In my experience, in the first half hour, there could be a .1 grain drift. After an hour warm up the unit is solid.

I just got my Hornady Auto Charge unit in today and loaded 50 rnds of .223. This thing is amazing, especially for the money. out of 50 throws of different variations (25gr-27gr) the unit overthrew once and that was 25,7gr when throwing 25.5gr. This thing is amazing. I have plenty of time to seat the bullet then crimp it...When im done with that the next charge is waiting for me!

Thanks for everyones advice! I will do a video review on it soon

Bought one last year in the States as well and it works great. Got it on sale and Hornady had a promotion going on so I got a box of 139 gr. Interlocks thrown in. $200 U.S. if I remember correctly. I don't like supporting the big U.S box stores but when the savings are that big it sure pays for the powder and bullets!

I have the hornady one and it is sweet.

READ THE MANUAL!! There is a setting to change where it starts the trickle. I have mine at 0.8gr so it starts the trickle 0.8gr before the charge weight and it rarely throws over.

Check it out.

I like mine a lot. I haven't played with the settings other than set the speed to slow. I'm trowing pretty much only Varget. I get a lot of over charges but I can live with that when I'm working up a load. I'll have to try slower trickling and a larger trickle start time.
