I have a Hornady LnL AP with a case feeder. I have set the thing up and have been dumping about 2/3 of a cottage cheese container of 9mm brass in it. Most of the time the feed wheel slips. One question is how many cases should the bucket hold without toasting the motor? The second is how tight should the screws holding the metal disc in the feed wheel be? They were loose enough that I finger tightened them.

1) several hundred, I just dump a bunch in
2) tighten enough to mostly-compress the springs - use a screwdriver, just be sure that it isn't locked up, as that could burn out the motor if a case jams.
