Morning. After much humming and hawing I am taking the plunge into pistol/rifle reloading. Before I plunk down mucho cash for new ... does anyone have a Hornady LnL AP that is surplus to their needs and would like to part with?
 
Might as well start searching your local Obituaries , As that is the only way someone would get mine ! Once you get one (and new aren't realy that expensive ) when you consider the time it will save you at the bench ! My LNL was likely some of the best money I've spent !
 
If your buying new check with Henry here on CGN his prices seem good I'm ordering my lnl from him and he has a excellent trader rating

If you are trying to save $$, consider buying from Grafs or Midsouth in the US. As much as I like to support our own, the price difference is sometimes very noticeable.

He did say free in the US - actually, there's a $7.50 handling charge. I have a bunch of friends in the States, so I order to one of them when I have a trip planned. Haven't tried shipping to Canada, but I imagine it might be reasonable if Grafs can ship USPS. UPS or FedEx would be a lot more expensive.
 
Only free shipping to US, I only live 45 minutes from border though. When I came back across, border guard asked how long I was down for, I said 1/2 hour, asked how much I spent, I said $900, asked on what, I said competition shoot stuff, he said have a nice day, hehe. So I didn't even have to pay taxes, saved me another $100.

Lucky. On return from my last trip I was asked to produce receipts. When the guy saw a bill from LAPolicegear with 3 pairs of tactical pants, he saw red. I then spent 2Hrs waiting while my car was ripped apart & duty/tax assessed on the stuff I brought in. Having trigger kits, sights, cleaning supplies and reloading dies didn't help. I ended up paying $120 - still pretty good on a $1,000+ purchase, but 2Hrs with friendly customs officers was more than I bargained for. :jerkit:

This happened on my trip from Detroit on a Sunday night just over a month ago, when we had that really ugly snow storm. I was home by 4am, clutching the Powder River trigger kit in my frozen hands. :50cal:
 
A friend and I ordered ours here in Canada locally for only $20.00 more than what Graf and Sons sells it for in the USA. No shipping to pay and I'm supporting my local gun shop:)
We also bought the bullet and case feeders along with other stuff hence the great price.
His advertised price is $469.95 which is still a great price for someone with a storefront.
