I called hornady USA and they are shipping me a couple first class mail for free. RCBS did the same for me a few years ago.

Henry had them at Budget Shooter Supply, but they are no longer on the website.

when I was in a bind I replaced mine at a local bearing supply hpouse , they just mached one of the springs up with a seal they had in stock . It cost a couple of dollars more , but there was no wait and I was back loading inside a couple of hours.

Do you mean like a nylon seal? I was thinking about trying that. Less friction on the sharp edges at the loading area.

Sorry nothing that fancy, Just pulled the "spring" from the seal and was under way once again, However nothing saying that you have to tow the party line here ! Try something new and perhaps create a better mousetrap?
