So I went to load some 9mm this morning and the hub broke (the little key that holds the shell plate for timing) I'm sure it was my fault as I had a case that didn't eject last week(case was chewed up before hand) but I pulled it out and continued on made another 300. then about 50 rounds in this morning the timing went. so I stopped to take a look, and noticed the part broken. After looking around I couldn't find a replacement to buy so I called Hornady.

They are replacing it free, I even told him it was my fault.

I'm so glad I bought this press :)
 
Yes Hornady has great customer service. They have sent me parts for free as well when they were needed, they didn't ask it was my fault and I didn't tell them either LOL. :redface:
 
`Mine broke on my press, I phoned them up to tell them and was told they had some with bad castings and mine was one of them.
