Hornady Power case prep center problems?

i have a hornady power case prep center and a problem i have is that when press down on the lever to trim the case the entire spindle starts spinning with the case. anyone know what can cause this?
which caliber of brass are you trying to trim?
there should be a slot on the shaft and a screw goes into it to stop it turning
took it apart and sent pictures to hornady, looks like the spindle lock bolt was worn out. they sent me a new one free of charge.
