pocket swagger comes in small and large rifle its not caliber specific

Actually the hornady unit comes in .223 and .308 and fits on their LNL ap press. It is caliber specific.

It does not address your question directly but the best, in my opinion, primer pocket swager is the Dillon. You buy once and you cover small and large primers and it's adjustable for all length cases. Nothing comes even close especially with some military brass that has very strong crimp and it's fast and easy.

I've been using the RCBS swage dies for a while, cheap and work well on a single stage.
Brownells is probably your best bet for the Hornady set. USPS International is only like $10-$12.
