Hornady Projector Trade In Program? **It is true, and still active**

I have been reading online, and found out that in the USA, Hornady was offering a Trade-In program for Projector Owners to upgrade to a L-N-L AP for $200US.

Has anyone heard of this? and/or have you done it?

Mine is working fine, but if the opportunity arises, it is almost worth the $200

Yup I did it. The lock n load is a much nicer press plus parts are available for it

Here is an email I received this morning

"Ken,

Yes, this is true and applies to Canada as well. When you send in your Pro-jector, along with the powder measure and adaptor, we can exchange it for a new AP press for a fee of $200. If you’re interested, please give us call at the number below. You can ask for me, as I handle our Canadian accounts.

Also they don't modify the shellplates for Canadian customers (6-8weeks), they just replace them with new ones.

I just did it as well. No problems and glad I did. $10 US to exchange shell plates
