Hornady superformance issues.... Help/explanation would be nice

Interesting, I shoot the same ammo out of my. 300 Win Mag and have zero issues and very accurate. How many rounds did you fire, were they all like this afterwards? Wonder if it is a bad batch.
 
I have always considered Hornady brass to be hit and miss. It's either great or total ####. Anytime I get a split piece of brass it's almost always Hornady or frontier which is a Hornady brand.
 
Contact Hornady and send them the pics. If nothing else, they should refund your money or replace the defective ammo if they're at fault.
 
I thought Remington was winning the great American race to the bottom of quality. Perhaps Hornady is trying for that title too. Yikes. Makes Norma and Lapua and RWS look like a better buy all the time.
 
Thats bad, contact Hornady I'm sure they'll want the rounds back to inspect them.

I've found I can only get 1 reload out of the 35 Whelen Superformance brass, other brands I can load 6-7 times.
