Hornady Warranty

Not sure if this is the right forum but im trying to find out who in Canada deals with Hornady reloading equipment warranty issues. The notch that holds the case plate in place just snapped on the drive hub.

Have you tried calling Hornady directly? I know RCBS and Dillion will ship direct from the factory

Call them 1-800-338-3220. They have been exellent with me.

Ill try that on Monday, Thanks. I emailed them last week with some concerns ive been having and now that the hub broke it explains all the problems I was having.

Go to their website and fill in contact us form, they have always replaced parts free of charge when i had problems.

I have shipped several items back to Hornady direct for replacement. I find it unfortunate I have had so much opportunity to test their warrantee service.
