Hornet class load for 22-250

Does anyone have a good load in the Hornet class for the 22-250. I'm aware of detonation problems with reduced loads and don't want to get back into reloading by blowing up my rifle.
Been sixteen years since I touched my equipment so please bear with me and my questions until I get back up to speed.
 
Ive got some reload tests, using Blue dot you might be interested in. Everything from 46 grain Winchester bullets to 63 grain Sierra.
Velocities from 1721 to 2958 fps respectively. Send me a pm if interested in them.
