Horrible hunting video.

i could not do anything else than posting my comment on his channel. something tell me that it's going to be removed soon...i hope. honestly, this ass**** should be killed the same way he killed this bear, and yes, i'm an impenitent hunter, but this, i cant see why.... . i would be the first one to hunt this guy, and for real.

the bottom line is, this bear was A LIVING ANIMAL who suffered for nothing.

It CLEARLY didn't bother him tho, as he was okay to have his kid present, laugh at it and then to top it all off post it on youtube

...and you should remove this vid of here right now.....excuse me, i have nothing against you, but i think this is too much, no need to see this on a serious and respectable forum. adding to this, some anti might throw a stinky cloud over our community at the view of this vid. just my opinion, i dont talk for other users.

I don't think it's a question of how long it took the animal to die. I think it's a question of sitting there watching the animal suffer when you could quickly free the animal from it's suffering with a fatal shot. Yes there would be nothing you could do if the animal had run off into the woods....but why sit there watching....laughing...and than brag about it? No one needs to see that...

Shows a complete lack of respect for the animal he was hunting. The bear was mortally wounded and most hunters don't usually see the death throes as most bears take off at the shot, but to film and post such a video just shows that this guy isn't a true hunter he just gets off killing sh*t. I always teach up and coming hunters the importance of respecting the animals they hunt. This type of disrespect is sickening.

I wouldn't remove it from here. Our comments speak loudly to the fact we do not condone this sort of Hunting ethics.

What hunting ethics are you referring too.......they cleanly killed a game animal......yes, the video was graphic, of that there is no doubt......but the bear died within a minute and a half......yes, dad giggled a bit after the shot....but I saw nothing that was illegal, or immoral.......dad surely seemed pleased with his son getting a game animal...he had a small laugh after the bear was down, pleasure that his son/daughter had done well....but I saw nothing that was illegal about the hunt.

Come on guys......death isn't pretty.....in any of it's forms......but it was a clean kill.....and hopefully something that the kid can be proud of.

Just a quick question here......how long do you all think it takes for an animal to die (ie. brain dead) when you deliver a heart lung shot with a rifle from any given distance.....I can tell you......that, that bear died (ie' brain dead in quite a shot period of time, like a minute and 20 seconds by my count) ....Yes the video was graphic......but I don't think it was cruel and unusaul.....yes the shot was through the spine, but it also took out a good portion of the lung, and the bear died quickly.

I don't agree with posting this type of video on the web.....but I don't think the hunters did anything unethical

I agree. These things happen when you pump a 250 grain slug into an animal,he probably should have shot it again but by the time he reloads the bear is done anyway. As far as the the kid being there she now knows what happens when something is shot, not like on TV.Something like this will happen to most hunters if you shoot enough animals.

exactly. i could not say better.

Someone that shows such little concern for the suffering of the animal should not be allowed to hunt. The bottom line is, hunting is about respect for the animal and more importantly passing these ideas on to the next generation. This kind of behavior is just several nails in the coffin of the future of hunting.

No follow-up shot. It was not a quick and clean kill. Bear dragging itself on the ground is a clean kill ??????? C'mon now.

I'm not saying that I agree with the video, but in regards to your question....is a lung shot deer running 150 yards into the bush, falling down, thrashing around on the ground for a short period not a clean kill?

its not the same by the time you find the deer that ran off its probobly dead but if ou are in a position to end the animals suffering and dont do it you are a real piece of sh!t.
