Horus H59 reticle

Have a 5-25 PMII with the H59 reticle. I've come to like it alot.
Nice thing about the H59 vs. the H58 is the floating center dot. Makes for a very fine aiming point for both paper punching/load development. The H58 is a solid crosshair that is noticably thicker (have a NF 3.5-15 F1 with H58).
Some find the reticle busy but after a bit of use you look through the reticle rather than at it, if that makes sense. Nice thing is you dont have to dial elevation or windage whatsoever if you choose, you can do reticle based holds/corrections out to the limits of most LR chamberings.

I've not used a Horus, but I have 2 bushnell's in G2, which is similar, and I like it.

I've been told that Christmas trees are for christmas, but I like it. Windage Holdovers are far more precise than a mil-dot type reticle. I'm not a fan of the "horus discount" that comes with any scope that features it, but what can you do??

I have the Tremor 2, which shares some similarities to the H59. The fine aiming dot is probably the best thing going since sliced bread. I like it, a lot. Anyone who tells you its "too busy" just doesn't understand it well enough. I will cave and say that they are correct with visibility and "fineness" when zoomed out. Although this is a problem with most FFP reticles. Illumination would be nice to have.

Yes, on low power it's just a little blur.......
