Depends on the distance, as well. But anything up close, using the same bullet, the one in the barrel longest will be a little higher from being in the barrel longer. Same as if you used 2 different bullets, with the same powder charge, the heavier one would be a bit higher. Of course once you get out past a certain distance, the slower bullet will drop faster than the quicker one. At 100y with 300WM, my Re25 full power loads will print 10 inches higher than my reduced load with sr4198. I'm sure if I shot them both at a 25 yard target, the slower one would be a little bit higher.
