Optic is a C-More with a 6MoA laser. They usually come in black I just had to order a red lol. I would suggest the aluminum version if you go for black.
The mount is CARVER Custom Angle Mount for C-More sights. I have to import this from US.
Please note that normal holsters usually won't work. May be the Ghost minimal one might work. You can mod a CR Speed holster to make enough room for the additional space under the rail. They also sell a modded one in US but modding the CR Speed holster is pretty easy to do and it still work with factory Glock after the mod.
