how 10/22 sight work???

there a lot of horizontal line on the sight, with a longer one in the middle? how its work? thanks!

nobody know what the big line in the middle stand for? its is the zero for 100 yard? 50 yards?

Try using it as a reference point.
Put the sight on the line and see what happens.
