How about the Automag?

Well two things actually - I picked up one of these things - what a riot and did you know that there's a NEW Auto Mag coming out?
 
Very nice pistols and having had the pleasure of shooting one of the seven .44 automatgs in Canada, I can say they are worth the money.

Just like the old ones. Here's to hoping that they have better economic success than the originals. Nice though, they're available with some sort of parkerizing - they look great in black!
 
Hi Everyone, I,m new to Gun nutz but looks as though I should have joined long ago. John when You say 7 automags in Canada, do You mean first run "Pasadena" pistols, or all pre AMT II guns. You seem very knowledgable when it comes to these, and wondering if You would give me a little advice on the value of mine as I have been thinking of selling it. About 15 yrs ago I purchased privately a TDE North Hollywood Mod.180 6.5" .44AMP, The guy I bought it from got the gun from Yeagers in Bellingham, and they got it from the original owner, a Washington state Trooper. It came with the original black plastic case (foam gone, but I painstakingly constucted new foam block liner). Also a set of Baer dies, half a box of Mexican ammo w/automag logo, some brass, and a few other misc bits and pieces. Haven't fired it in over 10 yrs, but used to make my own loads and shoot 100yd steel with it. I spoke with Bruce Stark about it yrs ago and from his guide I inspected all the key points for wear, cracks or damage. The gun is in very good condition with minimal wear. John hi do you still have any or one 44 AMT Automags that you would consider selling i live in Saskatoon and have been looking for a AMT automag for many years thanks Carlo
