I am starting to get confused about the "day counts" for PAL, since some people stated teh facts differently from what I understand.
So here's the question I am asking:
1) Does the 28 waiting days start from the date of recieve by the Firearms Center, or from the day of processing?
2) Does the 45 processing days start from the date of recieve by the Firearms Center, or from the day of processing?
3) Is it business day only, or normal count?
Reason I am asking is because my RPAL is allegedly in BC CFO, and the direct call stated that I should wait for another month to call (I made a call to them on Nov 6 2015.)
Using this website: http://www.convertunits.com/dates/45/daysfrom/Sep+28,+2015, It say that if I am using normal count, I should check on Nov 12. However, if I am counting business day only, then it's Nov 30.
Another thing I want to ask is: seeing I called them at that date, should I make another call on Nov 13?
Thanks everyone. I am getting a bit impatient.
EDIT: Looking at Far North's comment, I want to cry.
