How are the game animals doing in the prairies this winter?

Nice! I have noticed less mule deer this last hunting season and white tail seem to be holding steady. The moose however are doubling every year it seems. I was out on the sled and found an moose honey hole on one of our quarters of land, there is moose ####/piss/hair absolutely everywhere. They seem to be taking shelter in an abandoned yard.

I know that yard Lol!! Heck of a place really. Over near the back 40 over there.

Seeing lots of deer here while I am out looking for coyotes, especially Mulies. Lots of coyotes too and have seen quite a few Huns in flocks of 10-25. Not many Jack's though. Saw 4 coyotes and about 40 deer tonight in a 10 minute radius from my house and put one yote down standing facing me at about 100 yards and missed another standing broadside at less than 200 yards?:( FRIG! :HR:

Watched one mousing in a field right beside a highway. He caught and ate three mice in less than 100 yards of travel in less than 5 minutes. That was cool.
