How can I get the Black bear rug out of canada

Hi There I would like to take my black bear rug out of canada and bring it to Asia ( I am a licence hunter and I shot it myself),what kind of permit do I need ? and where can I get it from ? any help would be appreciated,thanks a lot !!!
 
You may need an import permit from whatever Asian country too.
"...Thought that..." Comes from the Ontario hunting regs. "CITES export permits are still required for ALL black bear exports to countries other than the United States."

Talk to the Dept. of Natural Resources in BC to find out what the requirements are for export.

Next, talk to the Asian country of import and find out what they require.

Make very certain you follow IMPORT regulations. You will be dealing with their Customs department. They don't care what someone in a Canadian department has told you, be it BC Fish& Game, CITES in Ottawa or Canada Customs.
