How come the IWI TAVOR T.A.R. 21 is listed as non-restricted?

No it's not a loophole, it's the law. We don't regulate the number of rounds that go in rifles, we limit the rounds in mags. Rifle MAGS are 5, pistol MAGS are 10.

Exactly, by definition there is no such creature as a legal loophole. If Parliament wanted some act to be prohibited they would have stated so.

This is a fundamental issue with the gun owner paradigm. We quietly gather scraps off the ground and silently complain of onerous treatment by the Canadian majority. We have to get out there and assert our rights.

When C68 was being thought up by the liberal think tank, they wanted rifles to ONLY have 5 rounds.

You mean C-17, courtesy of the Kim Campbell's conservative think tank?

Bill C-17 was introduced and passed in 1991 by the Kim Campbell
Conservatives. It created expanded powers for the minister of justice
to restrict any firearm and prohibit those not "commonly used in Canada
for hunting or sporting purposes". Other sections included new powers
for police to search the homes of certain types of "gun collectors", and
placed limits on magazine sizes (10 rounds for semi-auto pistols and 5
for centre-fire semi-auto rifles and shotguns, but there are a few
exceptions).
