how dangerous is this .300wsm?

Yeah this is true but it comes down to safety, what happens when someone dies from manufacturer neglect in quality inspection ? This brass looks like its been reloaded five times.

2 of my buddies had the exact same think happen to them in there 300wsm's(one a savage, other a BLR)
Power Max is Junk IMO...even super-x brass don't do that!
One buddy emailed winchester with pics and they sent him some vouchers(better then nothing I guess)

Have you thought of contacting Winchester with the lot number of the ammo and the make / model of the gun to see if there may be issues that others have reported?

Could be a batch of brass that was not annealed properly. Call Winchester with the lot # from the box.

they will probably replace it for you.

Send the pictures to Winchester along with the lot # off of the box. Who knows you may get more ammo. (hopefully not hard brass like those)
