how different is the NP22 to a real Sig?

If you want a lot of trigger time on the Sig P226 platform, the P226 classic .22lr is gonna more than make up the cost of cheapin out for a NP22. You end up paying more intially but in the long run you would probably end up spending less due to ammo. Upgrade the caliber when you want. When I'm at the range I usually shoot 300+ .22lr rounds out of my Sig and then change the slide to 9mm and shoot another 100-200 rounds. Another plus on the x-change kit is it comes with Siglite night sights.

They look the same from 2m away. They are different guns otherwise. I own the Sig P226R and love it. I have shot the Norc and as long as I don't try to "compare" these 2 guns, I appreciate the Norc for what it is and don't dislike it for what it's not. If the Norc is up to your expectations, for the money, you can't go wrong. Just don't try to compare it to something else and you will be satisfied.
