Handguns ARE my specialty most of the guns I have now is what I wanted for a while so for now for the first time I feel complete I believe in verity as well.
.22, .380, 9mm, .40, 2x.45. 2xM&P, 1911, Mak, CZ and Buckmark. So not very diverse at all! Missing single and double action revolvers, many calibers and several makes. I need more money!
Glocks and 1911s, so not at all diverse. However, calibers range from .22lr to .380, 9mm, 10mm, .45ACP, .45super, so there is some diversity in that respect
I used to want a large collection with one of everything but I have learned that I should just pick a few I really like and will enjoy. My handgun wish list went from close to 20 to 6-7. 1-2 guns per calibre and only the calibres I actually shoot is my new rule.
I don't have a big collection, but they range from .22 to .45ACP with intermediate stops at .357, .40 and .44. I like S&W N frame revolvers and M&P 'plastic'.
In a way, I decreased my diversity by trading off a 9mm BHP...I don't shoot 9mm at all any more. I'm debating selling off my .44 Redhawk...as much as I like the gun itself, it's mainly a safe queen and companion piece for my .44 Marlin carbine. Which I don't shoot very much either....
Unlike a lot of people here, I am finding I don't want a lot of guns....just a few I really like and will shoot regularly. And the ones held in store against the zombie plague, of course.
Just a 9mm and my trusty .45 so far.
The .45 is the one I use mostly when I do get out shooting. Although I would like to expand a bit and bring in a .22 as well as a revolver just to rock the boat a bit.
