How do I adjust my enfield sights. I have so sight tool.

I used an old screwdriver and a hacksaw to cut it off and put in the slot

This is everyman's solution. Get a screwdriver with a shank slightly smaller than the diameter of the screw, cut off flush, then use a double hacksaw blade and a small file to cut the slot. It the screw is frozen soak with penetrating oil.

We all forgot to ask. Do you have a #1 or #4? If a #1, you don't need a tool. Just a brass punch and hammer. And if a #4 not all have the retaining screw. So, again, just a punch and hammer. A brass punch isn't needed but saves damage to the rifle and sight.
On a #4 with about a 28" sight radius, you need to move the front sight about 1/4" to the right

I too use a homemade "reverse" screwdriver to loosing/tighten the locking screw. I made a simple adjusting tool to move the sight blade from a small C-clamp. Just remove the swivel pad from the clamp and use the rounded stem end on the sight blade.
