Move the front sight laterally for windage. Armorers used a clamp tool with screw adjustments, a small drift and hammer will do the job. Change the front sight to zero elevation. They come in different heights.
I use a small portable vise that I bring to the range. I drift the front sight with the barrel securely clamped into the vise by tapping with a brass punch and brass hammer.
I made a cheap and dirty front sight adjustment tool from a small C-clamp. Remove the swivel pad from the threaded stem. The end of the stem is usually rounded. Place the C-clamp over the sight ears so that the stem protrudes throught the hole in the sight ear and screw the stem down until the end contacts the sight blade. Slowly screw the clamp handle until the sight moves to the correct position. Switch the clamp to the other side if you went too far. It works like charm and cost only a couple of bucks or so. good luck with your LE
