How do I adjust windage - Ruger NECG peep

Got the elevation figured but whats with the windage?

There are two very tiny allan head set screws on the front - the one in the middle is slightly larger. Do I need to loosen them and the adjust the main knurled nuts holding the unit on?

Got this one used - no instructions with it.

You got it!! Then tighten the screws so that if you take it off sometime, it should be repeatable.
