At the bottom of every forum to the right of your display options is a list of moderators...pick one!
For example,when you clicked on the Newbie FAQs heading to post here,had you scrolled to the bottom of the page you would see listed:
Moderators : 3
m0nkyman, tootall, Steppenwolf

At the bottom of the forum page, there is a link to "forum leaders." Select a mod in the forum you have issues with and send them a PM.
