How do I contact an Administrator to gain access to the Gun Exchange Forum?

Can anyone help me with details how to contact an Administrator to gain access to the Hinting Equipment Exchange Forum?

I'm supposed to go to my User CP and click on Groups, but I don't have such a tab in my User CP

at the top of the forum where it says:

Equipment Exchange
Click Here for Access Permision, Rules and Guidelines

actually click on it for access.It walks you right through it.
Will take a couple of days on average for approval.

on the left side is "group memberships"
if it's not there..?

you have to manually PM every moderator of the forum, and ask for permission. then depending on their mood of the day, they will grant you access.
Best to start with the 2 that have posted in this thread.
