How Do I Fix this?

I mounted a Bushnell Banner Dusk & Dawn 6-24x40 onto my Savage 93 (.22WMR). The bases are the ones that came with the rifle from Savage (Weaver?) and the rings are Weaver Quad Lock. Today I attempted to sight it in at 100 yards, and I had to turn the windage adjustment all the way in (left). The gun is still shooting to the right, about an inch, but I have no more adjustment left to bring it to center. What do I have to do/get to fix this problem?

One solution is to replace the Weaver rings with Burris Signature Zees. The Zees have plastic inserts that allow you to more or less zero the scope without using its internal adjustments. You can set both scope dials to mid point, then zero by using the inserts. It takes a bit of time but is fairly easy to do. Once the POI and POA are about the same you can fine tune it with the scope dials and have plenty of adjustment left.

BSZs with the insert kit will cost about $55-60. You might be able to recover part of this by selling the Weavers.

I checked into these on the Burris website and after watching the video they seem like a good option. Hopefully the only dealer that I have been able to find in my area that sells Burris will have some in stock. If not, any other suggestions?

i have 3 sets of weavers that i had to switch one set opposite of the other...
so one u tighten on the left side and the other on the right ...

almost like they made them so u can play around and compensate for issues..
i switched them both around and i ran out of windage in the opposite direction..
worth a try ....

If you decide to try them you can get them from Mystic Precision, a CGN sponsor.

Keep in mind that Burris rings tend to be a little lower than some other brands. You might need high rather than medium or whatever. If the ring height is not given on the Burris web site go to Brownell's site. They give the specs on every ring set they sell.
