How do I QUIT this website

I've been a member since 2011 and now I want nothing to do with it anymore. I stripped the profile and cancelled the friends but I can't seem to find anywhere to disconnect anything else. I did change the email to a throwaway hotmail,,, MODS,, help me out here and permanently pull my account please? Or tell me where the disconnect is?
