How do you guys ship primers and powder?

UPS told me that if I declare what it is that they can't ship it yet this seems to be the way most people ship them. Just hand in the package and not declare the contents? Purolator told me it'll cost $77 to ship 7 packs express one day and all they do is 'pack it safe'. No cheaper options and they would ship it by air.
 
Not worth the hassle to me. I'll either use it myself or sell locally. Canpar used to be easy, until they abandoned us.
 
Most guys don't ship because it's a major hassle and usually not worth it. And in my case once reloading materials enter my house, they don't leave.
