How Do You Guys Understand and Report Rifle Accuracy?

I’m pretty conservative when talking precision of my rifles. I have a 223 that I’ve squeezed quite a few 1/4” groups from. It’s a .4 moa rifle for sure, as I have shot multiple consecutive targets with it that measured less than .4”.
