I used Dillon pump spray.
I just got a cardboard box and cut it down to a 4 inch lip. I'd pour brass in, enough to mostly cover the bootom of the box.
From 6 inches or so above the box, start just off the edge of the box and pump as you move across the top, one pump. Shake, and second pump. Allow to air dry for 15+ minutes.
Good god people, he said quickest way.
Dedicated prep head on a progressive machine with an RCBS lube die.
Next station has the sizing die and voila! Each pull is a lubed and sized case.
Then if you want add a powered trimmer to that prep head and you have fully prepped brass as fast as you can pull.
I mix Lee sizing lube 10/1 with 90% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. Fire the brass into a zip lock - spray - shake - resize. Never had a problem.
RCBS Case Lube-2 and Pad. Use just a little bit on the pad - enough to do the job and you barely need to do an additional removal step.
If you have to physically handle each piece of brass I don't see where my technique is any slower.
But that was my point, I don't need to handle each piece of brass. Just dump the bucket into the case feeder and pull away. Toss into SS tumbler then dump into feeder again to finish with final tool head.
However you definately point out something important, he did not indicate which brass he was prepping nor for what. If I was shooting F class or precision I certainly would be handling each piece of brass just like the rest of the posts here.
Cheers
